Roast Chicken

Appliance: Gaggenau single oven 400 series.
Cook time: 35 Minutes
Function: Full surface grill + Circulated Air (rotisserie)
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
Whole Chicken (with skin) 800g
Garlic Paste 25g
Coriander powder 20g
Cumin powder 10g
Salt - To Taste
Pepper powder - To Taste
Directions:

  • Preheat the Gaggenau single oven at 180*C.
  • In a bowl, prepare the marination by adding garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper powder and keep it aside.
  • Wash the whole chicken, keeping the skin intact, marinate it and allow it to refrigerate for an hour.
  • Using the rotisserie accessory, skewer the marinated chicken in the rotisserie spit (rod).
  • Roast the chicken until it is cooked from inside and grilled and charred form outside.
  • Once it is cooked, slice the chicken in desired portion, serve hot.
